Time For Me With Tea

While steeping your tea :

  1. Take a deep breath through your feet and let it out through your head - 3xs

  2. Take a deep breath through your head and let it go through your feet - 3xs

  3. Put your left hand to your heart and cover it with your right hand. Breathe in and out focusing on your heart - 3xs
